Login Problem!!! Please, fix asap

Hello,

Today I tried to login and it's not working.

First it displayed that I can't use the bot in more than 1 PC per day, and actually I only use in the same PC, and I didn't reset my PC.

And now another error, just a: Authentication Failed.

Please, fix it.

Did you ever get this fixed? It should of reset within 12 hours so let me know if this is still an issue.

Today I just noticed when this problem happens.

I've changed the language of my Windows, then when I restarted my PC, the JBOT was displating that I can use the bot once a day per PC.

I tried to go back to the previous language, but didn't work.

And now?

Hey Vinibi,

This only happens when your ip address changes twice within 12 hours. I need to update this to make it hardware signed instead of a 12 hour ip check. Then your ip address can change as many times as you want. But it is going to take some time before I can get that in and to be honest I am not positive if its a big deal at the moment. It should not happen to most people, and when it does happen you just have to wait until it expires which is 12 hours. (Well max of 12 hours, more than likely its a lot less than that unless your ip address changed twice within a minute lol). So it is prob already unlocked, let me know if you are still having issues 21 hours after this post and I will have to look into it. I will try to get this change in when I have the time! I should post a list of features in order from top to bottom..... Maybe I will add a post with that. Keep an eye out for it, prob will be tomorrow or the next day. Tomorrow is sending out a fix on the current issue .

I already told you it by e-mail: my IP address never change! It's ALWAYS the same.

So, I really don't understand how this problem can happen.

Hey Vinibi, do you happen to share the bot? If you are only on one ip address always and you can confirm that. Then somehow J-Bot believes you are on two, and the only way that could happen is if you or someone else is using it on another computer.

Hi Admin,

No, I don't share the bot! Never did.

Only myself use this bot with my e-mail.

I had this problem twice so far, but from 4 days ago to today everything is working fine.

Hmmm well let me know if it happens again and I will look at what the ip addresses are that you are hitting the server from. That will tell if the ip address is changing or not.

For me its not working today... please fix it ASAP...

Can you explain exactly what is happening? What error message you are getting?

Auth failed and write passwords once again.

Try removing current.save and key.JBot and try again. If that does not work do that again, remove current.save and key.JBot and reset your password on the website. Let me know if that works.

There is no such file as keyjbot. Anyway changing password and deleting current.save is not working.
