A little bit of screen lag
Hi there,
I noticed very easily when I press the button to START, as soon I start walking, there's some screen lag/screen tearing, but very soft, nothing too much to worry about, but it makes the game a bit annoying.
Is there a way to make it better?
I have 8Gb ram - i5 7th generation, SSD, GTX 1050ti , I'm using OpenGL in Tibia 11 because this option is the best for me.
Thanks

Re: A little bit of screen lag
Hey There!
I noticed that you also contacted support but I wanted to follow up here so that everyone can use this knowledge.
1) You said you used DirectX graphics in tibia and it seemed to fix it.
2) If you can try using OpenGL and add the following to diagnose.bat (right click diagnose.bat -> edit)
Add this -Xms512m -Xmx512m
So the line will look like this.... java -jar -Xms512m -Xmx512m ./Run.jar
Then save it and run diagnose.bat and see if the screen tearing is still happening. Please respond here and let me know please!

Hi,
It's still lagging when walking in a fast pace.
Another solution?
Thanks

Re: A little bit of screen lag
Try opening the Aether button in the center of the bot and change some of the settings. You can increase aethers so the bot doesnt run as often to detect. Play around with the settings and let me know if anything changes.
Re: A little bit of screen lag
I've changed the Aether value to 400 and now it's a little bit better, but sometimes it still tears a bit.
It's not the same smoothness like playing without the bot.

Re: A little bit of screen lag
Hmmm, that is interesting... do you have v-sync on in the graphics options? and or antialiasing?
Re: A little bit of screen lag
Antialiasing is ON
V-Sync is OFF
If I switch V-sync ON, it will make my FPS go lower...
If I switch Antialiasing OFF it will make my graphic checkered

Re: A little bit of screen lag
With your setup this should not be a problem. Turn V-Sync on and change the your frame rate limit up to what you normally get for fps. 60+ You should not get low frame rates from tibia with that build. Let me know how it works.
Re: A little bit of screen lag
I changed some Nvidia Config and now it's working better. Still not very smooth as without bot, but much better.
Thanks

Re: A little bit of screen lag
This issue still has me confused a bit. I will have to revisit this soon. Let me know if this is so bad you cant play or if its just an annoyance right now. Cause at the moment there are too many things at the top of the list.
Re: A little bit of screen lag
Sometimes its so hard to play like this, other times its just a bit annyoning so idk really what could be wrong

Re: A little bit of screen lag
Adrimeister, did you download the new version and use start.bat? This actually fixed someones before. In diagnose.bat there was a debug argument that made it print a ton of messages and that was the issue he was having.
Re: A little bit of screen lag
ye i did both(open as admin too), also moved it to my SSD to see if that was the problem and still sameAdmin wrote:Adrimeister, did you download the new version and use start.bat?
